Welcome to Envisage Online, the cloud-based extension of the Envisage Software suite. This platform enables secure, remote access to your organization’s operational data and services, extending the power of your on-premise systems. By accessing or using the Envisage Online website, mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

User Eligibility and Access

Access to Envisage Online is restricted to registered clients and their authorized users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization to do so on behalf of your organization. Any unauthorized access or attempt to compromise the platform may result in suspension and legal action.

Third-Party Services

To deliver our services, Envisage Online integrates with secure, vetted third-party platforms. These third parties may process data under strict confidentiality and security protocols and only for the purpose of delivering the services of Envisage Online.

Data Protection & POPIA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal and organizational data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Information collected and processed may include:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details

  • App and system usage logs for support and security

  • Business-specific data related to your use of Envisage Software services

This data is used solely for delivering and improving the Envisage Online experience. It is never sold or shared without consent unless required by law. Secure data hosting and access controls are applied at all levels.

Security and Availability

Envisage Online is secured through SSL encryption, authentication headers, and role-based access management. All communication with the platform is encrypted. Despite these measures, continuous uptime cannot be guaranteed due to dependencies on third-party infrastructure and scheduled maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All software, source code, branding, and digital content presented through Envisage Online are the intellectual property of the Envisage Software group and its licensors. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute any part of the system without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure reliable and secure service, Envisage Online does not accept liability for:

  • Losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime

  • Data inaccuracies originating from client-side input or third-party outages

  • Any damages arising from misuse, unauthorized access, or failure to follow user guidelines

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will be published on the website, and users will be expected to review and accept them as a condition of continued access to the platform.
